Solitude is currently recruiting applicants to fill various raid positions. We currently have a very active raiding core but we're looking for a few more members to fill out our ranks and push us further into inner Ulduar.
We are looking for:
Tanks x1 Any tank class
Rangedx1-2 Elemental shaman or Boomkin
Melee x1-2 Death knight, Enhancement Shaman, or Feral Druid
Healer x1 Resto Druid
Who we are:
Solitude is a casual/hardcore raid group that has been on the Muradin server since early 2007. We say casual/hardcore because we do recognize that RL>wow and our members are more than just their raid performance. Our members range from players that have raided since Classic wow to others that have just begun playing during Wotlk. We have an extremely stable core that has stuck together for much of the last two years.
What we expect
Know your class inside and out. After your application is accepted one of our officers will talk to you before your first raid invite.
Be prepared to wipe on hard encounters with max consumables.
Have max enchants, gems, and enough gold to withstand getting new gear and wiping.
Be able to make a minimum of 75% of raids as a trial, and post in the absence forum or personally inform an officer before missing one.
Enjoy raiding, and expect to do a lot of it. We keep our roster small in order to maximize raid time for our members.
Be a friendly person, be able to take jokes and criticism, and be a good guildie.
Expect to raid for achievements once the normal modes are down.
Have ventrilo and a working microphone.
Schedule:
We currently raid on Tues, Thursday 7:00-10:00PM CST and Sunday 5:00-9:00 CST. Because our schedule is 10 hours per week, we require our trials and raiders to make at least 75% of all scheduled raids. If you have permanent conflicts with our days/times of raiding, then this guild is not for you.
Progression:
Pre 3.1 Progression: Naxx25, EOE 25, OS+2
Current progression: Flame Lev, Xt, Razorscale Ignis, Kologarn, Iron Council, Auriaya, Hodir down.
10 man ulduar: we've reached Yogg saron p1, with Xt and IC hard modes down.
